RETURNS POLICY

  • Returns/cancellations and Warranty

    If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. This option is available for 14 days after delivery.

    For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept any returns within the 14 day money-back period for used items.

    In line with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of the goods. The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them.

    Refund/cancel your purchase:

    You can cancel your order via the Contact Us facility on our website.

    We will advise you of the options for returning the goods, or the option of exchange.

    Once we have received the goods back from you, we will give you a refund for the cost of the product plus the delivery charge paid (except for the additional costs arising if you selected a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

    We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss or damage that’s resulted in the goods being mistreated or used incorrectly whilst in your possession.

    Refunds take 3-5 working days to be credited to your original payment method, once received back and checked by us.

    We cannot refund/cancel your purchase:

    Where damages, either mechanical or cosmetic are apparent that have been caused by neglect, willful damage, misuse or by any other nature, charges of any or the entire total purchase price may apply.

    We do not buy back or refund the goods from you outside of the fourteen day money back guarantee.

    Warranty

    We supply goods with a 12 month parts / labour back to base guarantee which applies from the date of delivery. This covers any cost of parts and labour for faulty manufacture. In certain circumstances the goods will be replaced on a straight exchange basis. Carriage charges for getting the goods back to us are met by you, we will then pay the return carriage for the repaired or replaced goods back to you.

    Consumable products such as the Plastic Refill Bags  are not classed as a warranty product, these items are not covered by a 12 month guarantee.
